Pam at Crissy Field Candy Pillow Shell

My paintings are self-portraits, whether they are people, trees, or inanimate objects. It is difficult for me to say where my ideas come from. Usually they are brief visions from my heart, soul, and sometimes the world of spirit. A teacher of mine once referred to them as “inner landscapes”. My work is about much more than myself. It is about emotion, spirituality, feminism, nature, the psyche, dreams, childhood, adventures and the magical possibilities of the universe.
